Dogwood trees in bloom near White River Lodge and Table Rock Lake.

White River Lodge B&B specializes in couple, friends, and family getaways and celebrations and we’re located in an ideal place to enjoy all that beautiful Spring nature right at the lodge or a short drive away. White River Lodge sets on 40 wooded acres overlooking Table Rock Lake.  We face east so enjoy beautiful sunrises.  Watch it from your bed, room, or the deck with or without coffee.  Don’t forget a homemade breakfast is included in your room rate.

We have bird feeders up all year and have many species that live here, birds that travel through and ones that stay for the summer before flying home.  There are birds you will not see at the feeders like Turkey, Road Runners, Eagles, Hawks, Buzzards, ducks and geese. There are mammals, reptiles, and insects, too—of course, we prefer all critters (except people) stay out of the lodge :).  You might enjoy using the hot tub while watching the moon rise or the stars, listening to the night time critters that you hope aren’t as big as they sound!  We also have an outside wood burning fireplace—warmth, crackle, flicker—s’mores?

Table Rock Lake is a great lake for fishing, boating, swimming, or just touring.  Check out our fishing info website page if fishing is for you—co-innkeeper Bill is a longtime area guide.  Ask about bringing your own boat or there are boat rentals in the area. Old 86 Corp. of Eng. Campground is about a mile from the lodge.  It has a boat launch, swim and BBQ areas right on the lake.

A little farther on 86W and on the other side of the road is Persimmon Hill Berry Farm.  During late spring or early summer there are blueberries, blackberries, raspberries to pick or not.  They sure make a lot of great products out of those berries that you may get to try at breakfast.  Enjoy their inside store and diner too.

If you keep going west on 86 watch for highway 23 that goes into AR and historical downtown Eureka Springs.

From the lodge at the UU/86 junction, go east on 86 to cross over Table Rock at Long Creek Bridge and access more of Bass Pro Shops owner’s properties–Shooting Academy, Big Cedar Lodge, Top of the Rock and golf courses.  The Legends of Golf Tournament is set for April 26-28.  Tickets are just $25 to watch some great golfers on some great courses.  Come at a different time to play those courses yourself.

Hollister and Branson are north on 65 hwy for food, fun, live shows, shopping, dining, and more.
